Are there Age & Weight Requirements for your tours?
Yes. The full Canopy Tour participants must be age 10 or older; the Treetop Adventure Park participants must be 50 lbs or larger and meet all physical and health requirements. A parent or legal guardian must accompany kids under age 16. You must weigh at least 70 lbs (Canopy Tour) and not more than 250 lbs. The tour is not available to those who are pregnant. For our holiday and special events, we have more flexibility and can usually have anyone that will safely fit in any of our harness sizes (usually 60-300 lbs)
How long does the Canopy Zip Line Tour take?
The Canopy Tour Zip Line is around 3 hours in total. The actual zip-line portion takes about 1.5–2.5 hours depending on weather and group size.
How long does the Treetop Adventure Park experience take?
The Treetop Adventure Park session typically last 1 hour, including gearing up, depending on how fast you attempt to move through the course.
Do you require reservations?
Yes. Reservations are highly recommended, and walk-ins are not guaranteed availability. Booking in advance ensures you have a confirmed tour time, and that staff can prepare for your group.
What safety standards do you follow?
Our course is professionally built according to ACCT standards. All guides undergo a minimum of 40 hours of specialized training, and very prepared for any potential situations on course. Safety gear exceeds ratings of 5,000 pounds and all life-supporting items are maintained. A redundant safety connection system is always in place.
Do you have special health or physical requirements?
You should be able to walk about 10 minutes, climb a 14-foot ladder, and lift your legs as you arrive at each landing deck. It is not recommended if you are pregnant or have heart conditions, seizures, asthma, balance issues, serious disabilities, or back/neck/shoulder problems. Discuss any health concerns with staff before booking.
Where are you located?
Your experience begins at 5323 W 31st Street N., Tulsa, OK 74127. We are on the same property as Post Oak Lodge and Retreat, just take the right turn that says Canopy Tour a short drive after entering the front gate.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my tour?
Tours operate rain or shine under most conditions. For extreme weather—such as lightning, high winds, or severe storms—the facility may close. Staff will contact you if your tour requires rescheduling.
What should I wear and bring?
Closed-toe shoes are required. Dress appropriately for the weather. The clothes you wear during gear-up are the clothes you wear for the full experience. Leave valuables at home; dropped items cannot be retrieved during the tour.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you are running late, call ahead. Tours cannot be held for more than 15 minutes. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled, and fees may apply.
Is there an age requirement for adult supervision of children?
Yes. For the Zip Tour, children under 16 require a parent or legal guardian’s signature and presence if under 16.
Can I bring a pet, or smoke/alcohol during the tour?
No. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is prohibited. Alcohol is not permitted, and anyone appearing intoxicated will not be allowed to participate.
